What We Do

Teamwork Makes The Dream Work

Chess programs all across the country are being implemented in school programs following research suggesting the royal game brings a variety of educational benefits including improved critical thinking, memory and concentration.

We began thinking and imagining what it would be like if we could get children to see chess as more than just a game, where the game in and of itself starts to subliminally teach them and help them develop skills like critical thinking, strategy, analytical thinking, pattern recognition and everyday life skills like problem solving, self-confidence, patience, concentration, self-development, and thinking things through thoroughly before reacting.  In other words, "don't move until you see it"...or like Grandma use to say "think before you speak"!

We started teaching children L.I.F.E. lessons and how to think critically through C.H.E.S.S. because we knew if we could get children to see the "big picture", the benefits of C.H.E.S.S. would pay off substantially while mirroring and reiterating the very same morals, values, principles and fundamentals parents everywhere are teaching their children.

Simply put, we ARE a part of the village/community helping to raise our children.
